“Men will never understand how joyful it makes us feel to unsnap that bra, whip it through our shirt sleeve, and fling it across the room.” - Alex Elle
Hey all!
First off, who the fuck is Alex Elle? We’ll never know.
Second, so sorry I’ve been M.I.A! Did you even notice? Well, I’m sure you’ve heard but I've been really really REALLY busy being a guru to the fashion elite via my friend Derek Blasberg. Anywhooooo I’m back and ready to commit to this once weekly newsletter. SAD!
Since we’ve talked last, I left my very complicated relationship with SoulCycle to pursue my career in acting. JK! Could you imagine? Embarrassing. I’m fully diving into my career as purveyor of magic rocks and couldn’t be happier. A magical time to be an entrepreneur, indeed. So much of my life and yours are shifting and changing. I can feel it! C’mon vaccines! Hurry TF up.
Of course I’ll still be doing LUIGICYCLE every Thursday and Sunday at 9:30. I even have a wireless mic and still have the SoulCycle bike to ride on. You can find these classes here. Always the same link, duh!
This Thursday: Whitney Houston vs Mariah Carey.
Which is a perfect segue…
In celebration of Women’s History Month and to honor those women who have passed before us (yes, I include myself in that “us”), I’ll be dedicating 50% of all LUIGICYCLE proceeds to Breast Cancer Prevention Partners, the leading science-based policy and advocacy organization working to prevent breast cancer by eliminating our exposure to toxic chemicals and radiation. Their focus is on the intersection of breast cancer prevention and environmental health — a legacy left to us by Andrea Ravinett Martin, mother of famed political campaign powerhouse, friend, and soon-to-be LUIGICYCLE-er, Mather Martin. A thank you in advance for your generous donations.
If you’d like to support in other ways, tomorrow BCPP is hosting a virtual gala with some pretty amazing headliners. Namely hottie known as Corey Booker as well as ALYSSA MILANO. Clearly pandering to the gays. Same.
Hope to see you this week!
um drop the E. He's not a Haim or Feldman (but also RIP)
